  When I have an appointment with Emily, I always leave feeling taken care of and more confident than when I walked in. She is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and she takes the time to explain everything and give honest advice based on what’s best for you. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every part of the experience. Highly recommend!

  Kelsey is the only person I trust in Austin with any laser hair removal treatments. Each session is a breeze and she makes me feel so comfortable each time! Cannot recommend her services enough!

  I had a very positive experience with my microneedling treatment on my neck and chest. Emily, the aesthetician who treated me was extremely knowledgeable and clearly skilled in her work. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed before we began. Her bedside manner was genuinely kind and calming, and she was very easy to talk to throughout the entire appointment. She checked in with me regularly during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay, which I really appreciated. Pain management was handled very well, and she made sure I was as comfortable as possible from start to finish. The entire experience felt professional, thoughtful, and well cared for. I would confidently recommend her to anyone considering microneedling or other aesthetic treatments.

  I had the best experience at Alma Esthetics with Kelsey! She did my forehead Botox and lip flip, and I honestly love every bit of it. She made the entire process so comfortable and basically painless, which helped calm my nerves so much. The results turned out amazing — natural, smooth, and exactly what I wanted. Kelsey is so sweet, professional, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone!
