Hmmmmm when laser and electrolysis studio is $55 for 30 mins of electrolysis and doesn’t solicit tips it makes you wonder… is the location that expensive for the owner? Or what? Meanwhile I liked going to the specialist I usually stuck to. But the one time I saw someone different they caused severe burns deep in my skin on my face. It’ll be months before those resolve. I had nerve tingling in my cheeks for a lil over a month. They push for over treatment. They don’t really take note of previously treated areas. They tend to do right cheek most often I think because it’s easiest for them. I realized here that galvanic is not for me. And the ph tool prior and after to galvanic treatment probably didn’t help me… idk. Lovely people it’s always nice chatting with them. Unfortunately I found a cheaper price at a place I used to go to. It’s a further drive for me but worth it because they don’t allow me to come in sooner than 3 weeks after a treatment so my skin can heal in between. Electrolysis is a very intensive procedure. Like… I feel you have to be your own advocate here which is strange because you would expect that from a place that is cheaper. But then I also feel so much about this place is about making money for one or two people and the rest are fighting for tips. Which seems as unfair to the employees and people who do treatments here as it is for customers. Because it feels like pressure is put on the employees to push for things that aren’t in their clients best interests and then push for tips at the front desk. And like… sure I guess that works but is everyone really thriving here? Idk. My tech had to work multiple jobs. Meanwhile at a place like Laser and electrolysis studio they stay booked with fewer techs and can charge a lower rate because they have less overhead and there’s no tipping. So… idk. Maybe this info will be helpful to someone. But I feel like mostly this will just be a useless review tbh. I can say after many sessions coming here I finally went somewhere else and had less redness and more hairs treated within 30 mins than I’ve gotten in an hour here (which is only 45 mins here for some reason even though they bill you a full hours worth I think…) I’m so thankful to be someone who’s always hunting for the cheapest price and best results. And I’m equally thankful to my original tech who I don’t feel should be singled out here for taking the time to show up and try. It’s honestly giving them a lot of credit to assume anything malicious is going on here I think everyone is just overwhelmed and fighting for themselves. Even the other tech who burned me or caused weird facial inflammatory symptoms is probably just really trying to make a living. Idk. That said I can’t come back and I won’t miss it. And I’m not trying to be mean or anything it’s just that there is better for less money. Laser here is also a bit overpriced and feels less precise for the money spent.

Do not come here if you're a transgender woman. They'll charge you the "men" prices. They will also just assume your gender, regardless of what you put on the form, so if you're gender-nonconforming or nonbinary they may try to charge you more.

I’ve been going to Brooke for a long time now, and every single time I’m so happy with my experience. She is extremely thorough, professional, and truly amazing at what she does. The results have been incredible, and I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. The place itself is also great, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for laser treatments!

Breanne🦋 is truly amazing at what she does. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable, but also so warm and easy to talk to that appointments actually become something to look forward to.
Her work is thorough, gentle, and consistently high quality, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their confidence. I’ve had such a great experience with her and wouldn’t trust anyone else for hair removal. Highly recommend Breanne to anyone looking for someone skilled, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does!
