- TRTrinity RamosAug 20, 20263.0My first time visiting this store was an incredibly positive experience. As someone who is completely blind, I traveled 45 minutes by transit to visit, and I called ahead to let the store know about my needs. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and compassionate Zendra was. She went above and beyond by meeting me at the transit bus, personally guiding me into the store, and making sure I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. The entire staff was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely attentive. They made me feel respected and included, and they never made me feel like my disability was a burden. I would absolutely recommend this store to everyone, but especially to anyone living with a disability. Accessibility and kindness truly make a difference, and this team demonstrated both beautifully. Thank you, Zendra, and the entire staff, for making my first visit such a wonderful experience! ❤️

- MCMirna ChicasApr 21, 20261.0went there this weekend with my mom. we were constantly followed around and asked if the items we were holding could be put up at the front while we shopped, now this wouldn’t have been a problem if we weren’t getting asked every 5 seconds if we needed help with anything and followed around. we went to the perfume area and immediately a girl asked the manager to come to the front and i saw her whisper something and immediately the manager turned her whole body in our direction. i felt this was very racially motivated as we were the only brown people in the store and the rest of the customers were not and were not followed around at all. took my shopping online and will not be shopping here further.
