- ARAubrey ReinhardtApr 30, 20261.0I go to Great Clips all the time, especially this location. I went in with a specific but simple haircut with inspo to back it up. It was totally botched. And not in a dramatic way. Like very lopsided, pieces longer in the back than the rest of the length, and my bangs were a total mess. I even pointed out one of the issues and the correction made it so much worse so I didn’t say anything about the rest. I went to another GC location immediately for a correction and the other stylists were appalled and tried to salvage what they could. It was cut so short though that it could only be evened out and left to grow out. I won’t be back.

And asked for it to be layered and isn't. And asked for side bangs to be mid cheek and they are still the same length and will have to it ourself at home to get the right length. I didn't ask for a Bob cut but that's what she gave us

So bad my kids don't even wanna go try and see if we can fix it. I should've played with a card to at least get my money back. I could've done a better job at home with my eyes closed .

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
