When it wasn’t immediately available, she took my name and number, tracked it down for me, and even followed up the very next day. That level of customer service is so rare and genuinely meant a lot to me. Not only was Kloe incredibly helpful, but she was also so kind, friendly, and just an absolute joy to talk to. Her sweet personality made the whole experience even better. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and wants them to leave happy. Thank you, Kloe, for making my day and helping me find a lipstick I absolutely adore! This store is lucky to have you.
