  Poor and unprofessional customer service. The CCS at the Allen location would not allow me to exchange an expired Bobbi Brown Crush lipstick. I had just purchased it 5 minutes prior - I swatched it on my hand after leaving the store, and the swatch and lipstick bullet smelled like waxy crayon. The SA Christina was very unhelpful and unprofessional - she kept saying that if they took back an expired product it would put the store in jeopardy and gave me a customer relationship number to call. She didn’t even offer me the opportunity to speak to a store manager. I will not buy items from this location again. I have spent thousands of dollars at CCS in the DFW area since 2022. (During this time, I have only returned 1 lipstick - another expired BB lipstick at the Grand Prairie CCS. The GP location had no issue with an exchange.) The Allen CCS has now lost a loyal customer over a $21 lipstick. People, the deals are good, but buy at your own risk. (Or go to a different location.)

  The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were patient and took the time to answer all my questions. The prices were fair, and I had a great shopping experience. I would definitely come back.

  I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Kloe! I came in looking for a specific lipstick shade, and she went completely above and beyond to help me find it. When it wasn’t immediately available, she took my name and number, tracked it down for me, and even followed up the very next day. That level of customer service is so rare and genuinely meant a lot to me. Not only was Kloe incredibly helpful, but she was also so kind, friendly, and just an absolute joy to talk to. Her sweet personality made the whole experience even better. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and wants them to leave happy. Thank you, Kloe, for making my day and helping me find a lipstick I absolutely adore! This store is lucky to have you.

  Bad customer support. I got a wrong color for foundation. Wanted to change to a lighter shade just right after paying. The manager named Isabel refused. She insisted no exchange.

  I always make a stop at this particular store whenever I’m in Allen. And my most recent stop was made so pleasant and successful by Isabel B. She scouted out products for me, looked in the back for more stock and generally made herself my own personal shopping assistant. I hope she’s working the next time I stop!!!
