  I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Sephora in the Allen Outlet. The cashier was incredibly rude and dismissive, and her attitude made what should have been a simple purchase unnecessarily frustrating. What made the experience even worse was that I had an offer advertised through the Sephora app, and she refused to honor the offer. Instead of trying to help or even explain the situation professionally, she was rude and completely unhelpful. I understand that there can sometimes be restrictions or technical issues with promotions, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer disrespectfully. Customer service should be a basic expectation, especially from a major retailer like Sephora. I left feeling very disappointed and honestly questioning why I would want to shop at this location again. Management really needs to address the way customers are being treated here. I paid $325 worth of products, it’s not like I were going in for samples!!!
