  They forcefully make you tip be careful. We didn’t like the pressure of tipping there. Tipping is optional and according to the liking of the person….Disappointing.

  Today I had my first Thai massage - I chose the combo - at Aromdi and it was DIVINE! Texted my husband when I left: "Best. Bleeping. Massage. Of. My. Life!!!!!" Yes, with 5 exclamation points. ;) Then, "I am never going back to traditional massage if I can help it. Table Thai massage combo ALLLL the way!" Yesterday I had never even looked into what Thai massage was. I was looking up places here in Allen to find a deep tissue massage for back and neck pain I've been struggling with off/on. I had it handled, but alas, the flare has kicked my booty for the past couple of weeks, and I made a firm call last weekend - I WAS getting a massage this week. I Googled around, had already had places I had bookmarked from Nextdoor & friend recommendations, but I just hadn't made a firm decision. Randomly fell upon Thai massage. Watched a couple of YouTube videos of table Thai & traditional mat Thai massage. I could almost FEEL it through the screen. I knew I had to try. I found Aromdi Thai Massage and booked a session. They had a special going on, so I got one for 90 mins. I've never had a 90 min massage, either, so that was also a treat. I came in kinda knowing what to expect, but still unsure. WOWZA! The gentle stretching, pulling, and massage held me captive. I was hooked within 4 minutes flat! And I still had another 86 mins to go. I'm glad, too, that I chose the 90 min for my first time. It was long enough to get every single inch of my body relaxed, knots removed 95% - 100%, tingly and limp, yet with such amazing, happy energy. I asked for medium to firm pressure, but backtracked to say don't be afraid to push hard. She asked me to tell her if it was too much. While some points were almost too painful and I almost said something, within the next second my muscles responded and released. It was a thing of beauty. As for that 95% number, don't let it scare you; frankly, it is 100% everywhere except my 2 trouble spots - upper traps by my neck - and she worked those over and over and over. Getting it to what feels like 95% looseness is 45% better than any other massage I've ever had in 25+ years of massages. If I was able to afford it right now, I'd go back next week to work out the rest. As it is, I WILL be back! As soon as I am able to (*hint* Mother's Day is coming *hint*), I am coming back. Also, hopefully sometime later this year I can purchase a membership of some kind. Because when I say this was the BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE - I am not mincing words. Thank you, Pinky. You are the best!

  From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The spa was spotless and had a calm atmosphere. I enjoyed a relaxing Thai massage that left me feeling completely at peace. The therapist was professional and attentive, making the experience very soothing. I will definitely return for more relaxation massage.
