  I had a couple of my friends to come up there and got a pool from them and they put it in last year and put everything on it and the pump they put on there was a 2002 pump.and been working half ass.and they got a warranty on it and the person that bought it the lady that works there wouldn't even let her tell her nothing about what was goin on.and told her she needed to leave .how you suppose to sell pool and etc...for them and they dont even keep up with what there doin to the pool .and dont even cover there warranty.they dont care about there customers or how to treat the clients they have.They dont even need to be running a business if they can't treat you right I would a advise you not to go there if you want good service cause they sure dont have it there.poor poor service.and they will call the cops on you.cause they dont know how to treat people with respect at all.just so you know what kind of people runs that place.

  Lincoln built our pool 3 to 4 years ago and this review is way overdue. Not only did they do an amazing job building our pool, the customer service has been and still is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I had to call and ask a question last week and as always Lincoln was so very happy to help. In a world where customer service is so rare it is great to deal with Pool & Spa Express as they have always exceeded my expectations.
