As someone who hasn't worn makeup in a long time, I didn't know which brand, color, or type I needed. I drove 45 minutes to my closest store, excited to find the perfect foundation. I was greeted by a very stressed employee. I explained my situation and she acted like I was an inconvenience. I told her I wanted a new foundation that wasn't heavy. She replied with "so you don't want a foundation, you want a tinted moisturizer". I'm sure her intention was not to make me feel stupid, but she did. She explained she was the only person there today, so I understand she couldn't give me her full attention. However, I did come because I needed help. After a quick color match swatch, I noticed she had other clients waiting to check out. I asked if I could try on some makeup while she helped them, and she said "that's why they are here" and left. Once everyone else left, she never asked if I needed any more help and after about 5 minutes she left and never returned. I went to Ulta and had the best experience with a very kind lady who actually cared and helped me so much.
