I highly recommend Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Spring Hill! I went in for IV hydration with immune support because, let’s face it, sometimes your body needs a little extra TLC, and apparently coffee, sheer determination, and pretending you’re not under the weather isn’t, in fact, wellness plan. 😂 The entire experience was fantastic! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, the staff beyond welcoming and knowledgeable, and the process was comfortable from start to finish. I loved being able to sit back, relax, and do something intentional for my health and wellness. But can we PLEASE talk about that massage chair?! 😂 Whoever designed that thing deserves a raise, a standing ovation, and a handwritten thank-you note from every muscle in my body. I’m fairly certain I left my stress, tension, and at least three unresolved childhood issues in that chair. 🤣 Seriously, if you’re considering IV hydration or just looking for a relaxing wellness experience, check out Prime IV in Spring Hill! 10/10 experience. The only downside? At some point, they do expect you to eventually get out of the massage chair and return to your regularly scheduled responsibilities. Rude. 🤣

Had a great experience . The whole team provided some of the best customer service I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Definitely will be coming back!

People remember how you make them feel, and this team made me feel truly cared for! From the moment I walked in, David, Paul, and Trish welcomed me with warm smiles and answered all my questions. The infusion room was clean, cool, and relaxing, with wonderful massage chairs. Trish paid attention to every detail—from gently placing my IV to bringing me cozy socks and a warm blanket that smelled amazing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I came in for hydration while on my weight-loss journey and training for a half marathon, and I left feeling great. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait for my next visit next month!

My wife attempted to cancel her membership on more than one occasion. Then in the past two days I was notified of two charges to my account two days in a row. Essentially they make it difficult to cancel. Called canceled. Still charged. Went in canceled. Now I will wait until next month but would not recommend and it borders on fraud
