  I had an outstanding experience with Mia at Sephora. She’s genuinely one of the best I’ve encountered in customer service and communication here in Tennessee. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. If you go there, look out for her, she’s a real pro!

  Incompetent staff charged me for the wrong thing TWICE had to physically get the stuff out of the bag because she overcharged me $40 didn’t apologize stood there forever I was excited to get new products but I’ll never go back. I stocked dirty foundation bottles and overcharging me two times? Could have at least apologized or not taken 20 minutes to check out. Girl was easily 25 not a kid

  Aleah was such a big help while I was looking for Christmas gifts. I am clueless about all this, but she made me feel included in her thought process and actually taught me some things. Great employee!
