  I had an outstanding experience with Mia at Sephora. She’s genuinely one of the best I’ve encountered in customer service and communication here in Tennessee. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. If you go there, look out for her, she’s a real pro!

  Very rude staff and overall poor experience. Honestly use the extra gas to go to a full size Sephora.

  I purchased a pore toner by Sephora in the stores and paid cash. The item broke out my skin and I lost my receipt however you can see my previous purchases on my insider beauty account. They told me they can’t locate my purchase and will not be able to return it. They even said someone may have put the wrong beauty insider rewards information in and I was like no because it is right here as I show them my app. It had the date of purchase , store location, and what I purchased. Still did not return the item. I only used it once and the lady stated it’s a full bottle The lady that said it was the full bottle is the same one who sold me the item. I will never come here again!
