We appreciate that plans can change. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don't show up, you'll be charged 50% of the service cost.

Oh no! I'm late for my appointment. What can I do?
If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule if we can't complete your service in the remaining time. We'll do our best to accommodate you. If we don't hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, it's considered a no-show, and your card will be charged a 50% fee based on the scheduled service.
