  Beyond disappointed is an understatement. I spent 300 dollars just to find out the seller was racist and purposefully gave me the exact products I asked for but in the wrong shades cause I was on the phone speaking a different language to my father. I could see her demeanor change immediately, but I paid no mind to it. She took the products to the cashier and I paid. I didn’t find out until I was already on the plane to my home country and opened everything. I asked for a black 24/7 urban decay eyeliner and she gave me blue. I asked for contour she gave me two shades darker than the one she swatched on her wrist. She even gave me the wrong shade of hourglass concealer, when I purposefully said the exact shade that I wanted and the name. It’s on me that I trusted her blindly . But Iv had a sephora membership card since I was 15 I come here every summer and I’m a loyal customer this is just devastating cause I can’t even return these now.

  This was my first time visiting this location and I was absolutely blown away! The layout is stunning, and all of the staff was so attentive and kind! Kai (I hope I spelled that correctly) made my birthday splurge so special, and I didn’t catch her name, but I was assisted in fragrance as well and found my new signature scent. I truly felt taken care of from the moment I walked in all the way to the door 🩵

  I love this please, I just had my first purchase and Madison was so nice, she helped me to find everything that I needed. Thank you Madison for your patience and kindness, I will definitely go back!
