  If there was such a thing as zero Stars for a review, this place would take the cake for that! I went this past Saturday and got a haircut at the Rogersville Tennessee store. And the girl butchered my hair! She did not know what she was doing obviously. I kept telling her there's long pieces here and there and one side is way shorter than the other. I've got two and a half inches of hair on one side and about an inch on the other side. Blunt cut above my ears. I called Monday, the corporate line, to complain and a owner or somebody was supposed to call me within a couple of hours, that never happened. I was very nice and patient in that phone call on Monday. I just hung up with the same customer service representative at the corporate office, again, because at this point I am livid! I am livid because nobody at Great Clips even cared enough to give me a call back. They don't care about their customers. They just want your money regardless of what kind of haircuts you got. I was advised by a couple friends not to go there. Yet I heard the things about Great Clips. And I gave it a shot. When somebody tells you that something or somebody or someplace is not good and to stay away, you better do that! Especially Great Clips...or should I say Bad Clips. I don't want to go back there and have them "fix" my hair. Because at this point and with the way it looks already, what are they going to do?! Jack it up some more?! And that's a huge possibility! I read other reviews on here, and I see where the supposed owner is replying back to reviews. It's actually an automated review response. It's not the owner themselves. So that's a lie right there on their behalf. Great Clips owner does not care about their customers! I'm literally sick and disgusted when I look in the mirror and see my hair. I have bought bandanas and I just ordered a wig, so I can go out and public again. There's photos of what my hair looks like after leaving Great Clips. I can't believe it looks this bad. Then again I should have known better. I just want the owner to pay for my wig! With the economy these days, I don't have much money right now and what little bit I had Saturday some of it went to Great Clips for horrible horrible haircut. So the right thing for Great Clips owner to do is give me the money for the wig I ordered. That would be the decent thing!

  Was an absolute pleasure...was my first time there after switching barbers and i really enjoyed it...hair looks great too

  I came in there earlier this week and got the privilege of having Megan cut my hair and I’m so glad she was the one to do it. I’m always nervous when it comes to letting someone new cut my hair but Megan took great care of me and will definitely going back to her

  I was able to walk-in and use their on line check in. I only waited 5 mins to be seen because of the check in system. Megan was my stylist and she's so sweet and informative! She explained the perks of being in the system. One being that you have a week to return and get your hair fixed or shorter, if you aren't happy!! Great service! Two, if you buy products, you can return it for a refund if it doesn't work or you don't like it! I have to say, for a $17 haircut, that's a great value!! I came in with long (to my waist line), straight hair that hasn't been cut in years! Megan looked at the picture I brought in and did a fabulous job! She double checked the length before she cut and made sure everything was even. I got it cut to my collar bone length and had long layers put in to lighten it up & give it movement & volume. She was absolutely wonderful and I'll be back again soon!! Great clips has beauty shop quality with barber shop prices!! Definitely recommend 10 / 10!
