Jesse is the best Massage Therapist. I had major back surgery and she knew exactly how to treat me. Thank You Lord for her.

This has become a staple in the years we've come to Pigeon Forge. If you need some relaxation time and a massage they do not disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff. Pro tip get the hot stones 👍

Zach was very professional and courteous. He used just the right amount of pressure to ease the stress and tension in my muscles. Honestly I think this is likely the best massage I’ve ever had.

The hotel itself was excellent. Beautiful property, clean, affordable, and overall a great stay. The spa, however, was easily the biggest disappointment. My wife and I booked a couples massage because the reviews were fantastic. After our experience, I can only assume there was a recent change in management or staffing because the newer negative reviews suddenly make perfect sense. We knew going in they did not offer deep tissue massage, which was fine. What we were not prepared for was a massage so inconsistent that we occasionally questioned whether it was still happening. At several points, she seemed more committed to applying lotion to her own hands and pacing around the room than actually touching me. I’ve had more physical engagement from airport security. The therapist assigned to me was an abrasive older blonde woman who made it painfully obvious she did not want to be there. She repeatedly mentioned it was her last shift and she was ready to go home, watched the clock constantly, and the second the session ended she disappeared without even a basic goodbye. Best part? 20% Automatic gratuity. Nothing completes a disappointing spa experience quite like being forced to tip for it. Not expecting much from posting this. Based on the other reviews, it seems the standard response is a quick apology followed by absolutely nothing. We stayed there on 4/29/26, and you all have my name if you genuinely want to make this right. If not, no worries, we loved the hotel and will absolutely be back. That said, I’d rather wrestle a lawn mower than give the spa another cent. ***Update management did reach out and made it right.***

Seems like a lot of couples massages issues, so ours is not seldom. We got the couples massages for my wife and I. Be both thought it was extremely weird when there was a guy and a girl masseuse, but they gave the guy to my wife and the woman to me? After they left the room we both agreed that was extremely odd. I understand it’s their profession and they work with opposite genders, but if there’s an opportunity for a man not to touch another mans wife, you’d think they’d ask if that was okay first? The real problem was when the male masseuse was visibly upset after I said we wanted to swap, and proceeded to get a pretty painful massage. Absolutely not worth the $420 to get an 80 minute massage. Beware, they impose a 20% auto applied gratuity as well. Which is absolutely ridiculous when paying for a couples massage that is already $160 per person. In what world do I need to tip you for a massage when I’m already paying $320, and I don’t even get offered a robe, a locker, or anything. But hey I got a bottle of water. Absolutely horrendous, inconsiderate, and I would encourage everyone to avoid.
