  I had an outstanding experience today at Hammer & Nails in Nolensville, TN, and I can’t say enough great things about Curtis. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. Curtis took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. His professionalism, skill, and friendly personality really set him apart. It’s obvious that he takes great pride in his work and truly cares about his clients. The quality of service was exceptional, and the results exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such outstanding customer service, but Curtis does exactly that. He made the entire visit enjoyable, and I left feeling refreshed, confident, and looking my best.   Awesome experience! 10 out of 10. Alex got me started on my Medi & Pedi and got me tracking on visiting my PCP for a referral to a Podiatrist. Alex is a sweet spirit and takes her job serious. Akilah brought me home with my facial and is the life the party with an infectious laugh and smile. I couldn't have asked for a better environment and team to complete for me, what felt like a vacation. Thank You Alex, Akilah & H & M. I will be back...

  Akilah has been one of the best parts about moving to Nashville. I had a lot of anxiety leaving my barber in Chicago and she immediately put that to rest. Conversation is great, relaxation is great, and haircut looks terrific every time. Nobody else will cut my hair so long as I have anything to say about it.

  I had an outstanding experience at Hammer & Nails in Nolensville, and it was exactly what I needed going into Father’s Day weekend. Jenna took care of my manicure and pedicure, and she was phenomenal. Not only was she highly skilled and knowledgeable about her craft, but she was also incredibly personable. The conversation flowed naturally, and she made the entire experience comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service and making her clients feel valued. Miguel handled my beard and bald head service, and he was equally impressive. He listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and delivered with precision. Beyond his skills, he was easy to talk to, professional, and had a great personality. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and takes pride in making sure his clients leave looking and feeling their best. What stood out most was the atmosphere and customer service. The team made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in, and the entire experience felt less like an appointment and more like taking time to invest in myself. This grooming session was much needed, and it was the perfect way to kick off Father’s Day weekend. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and well taken care of.
