Came in with a friend and we were immediately taken back upon check in by Christina, who was a beautiful personality and made us feel at home and welcome. She showed us where everything was and even helped me with my locker when it wasn’t locking. The steam room was amazing! The perfect way to warm up our muscles and start our relaxation before our massages. The showers, bathrooms, and changing lounge were all well stocked, clean and comfortable. My therapist Sandy was super sweet and amazing. She did the right amount of pressure and was slow with her strokes (which is something I like). I forgot where I was at a few times and almost fell asleep! (Which I’ve never actually done in a session before) if I could give you guys a 10, I would, but I guess a 5 will have to do!

I had a shampoo, hair treatment, and blowout with Melissa, and she was amazing! ❤️ She has such a gentle touch and doesn’t pull or break the hair while blow-drying. You can really tell she has a lot of experience, and she was so kind and generous with her hair tips and knowledge. I also had a facial with a lovely, knowledgeable lady who was very kind and professional. My skin felt amazing afterward! ✨ Highly recommend the spa and the wonderful ladies there! I’ll definitely be back. 🥰

Before booking this visit, I spent a great deal of time researching a spa that would not only provide a relaxing experience but also help address the chronic muscle pain and tension I carry from living an active lifestyle and keeping up with my children. From the moment we arrived, I knew we had made the right choice. My husband and I booked a couples massage, and I made it very clear to my massage therapist that my goal was to leave feeling genuinely healed - not just relaxed. To say they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. Sue and David were absolutely exceptional. Their expertise, attentiveness, kindness, and genuine desire to help made this one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. They took the time to understand our needs and delivered a massage that was nothing short of extraordinary. In fact, they've completely spoiled massages for us. I honestly have no interest in going anywhere else - I will gladly return to the Four Seasons just to see Sue and David again. The spa itself is equally impressive. Every area was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and meticulously maintained. The amenities were luxurious, inviting, and created such a peaceful atmosphere that it was difficult to leave. If you're looking for more than just a massage - if you're looking for a truly restorative experience with therapists who are masters of their craft - I cannot recommend Sue, David, and the Four Seasons Spa highly enough.
