Thankfully this Sephora is conveniently located downtown, and was just around the corner from my hotel. The staff were lovely- they not only helped me find a product, but went into the mechanics of how it works and the effects it should have on my hair, which I greatly appreciated. They're such a busy Sephora so I would have understood if they didn't go into all of that- but they took the time to really help me. I'd definitely go back to this Sephora the next time I'm in Nashville.
