  I am so glad to have chosen Rowan! Even though my son is 16, it is his first piercing. Everyone was very helpful and answered any questions with patience and kindness. I will recommend Rowan to anyone looking into piercings.

  I had such a great experience at Rowan! Emma, the nurse who did my piercing, was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. She walked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and answered all my questions. The process was quick, clean, and much less stressful than I expected. I'm so happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend, and ask for Emma!

  Sarah was absolutely fabulous!!! She talked us through the piercing process which made me feel safe & trusting. She clearly guided us through aftercare & was super sweet & funny! So many beautiful jewelry options. Would totally go back! Wonderful environment

  Emma was wonderful. She was patient with us when we weren’t quite sure what we wanted. She showed us lots of different options and was very clear on informing us about different price points. She was very knowledgeable and went over cleaning instructions and how to continue to care for my daughter’s ears after piercing.

  I had such an amazing experience getting my nose pierced at Rowan! Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the space is so inviting. I wanted a piece that was a little bit harder to do because of the shape of my nose and the piece itself. Sarah, the amazing nurse who did my piercing, worked hard to make sure that it was placed perfectly to ensure that it healed well and looked great. She also was fantastic about explaining everything to me about the piercing process before, during, and after. I highly recommend Rowan!
