  Had an extension move up with Anna. Although It was my hair I had prior to coming to the salon, she didn’t raise any concerns with using the hair. Not even 2 weeks later I am going to a new specialist due to multiple wefts hanging off, and exposed beads which is not normal with the IBE method. I reached out to express my dissatisfaction since this is a $200+ service, to which I got no reply.

  Just perfect! AJ and Kaylin did my trial HMU and wedding day HMU! They’re the best. They knew exactly what I wanted and they 1000% delivered.

  Unfortunately, I did not have the experience I was hoping for here. I had an appointment for a haircut and waited an hour after my appointment time before I decided to leave. My hair stylist was running very behind which I understand, but it felt unprofessional/disrespectful that I was left waiting with my cape on for an hour without any communication if I would get treated soon. I am sure she would have done a great job, just be mindful of communicating if you are having to wait longer than 20-30 minutes.

  JoEllen and Chloe were magicians with my hair! I gave a pretty vague photo to let them work with and I have never had a better blonde IN MY LIFE!! I was so happy that I teared up with how beautiful my hair looked. Phenomenal work and team, thank you!
