  Absolutely amazing customer service!! I don’t know his name but a man helped me with my pick up order and he got it done in just 2 minutes!! Employee absolutely happy to help and so welcoming!! Amazing job!!

  I asked the young african american girl with braids in a ponytail that’s clearly blush blind, if by any chance they had a certain shade of blush in stock, she offered to look up a store that actually had it in stock and SHE offered to look in the back too. spent about 20 minutes waiting for her to get back to me when all of a sudden, i see her just wondering around the store. now i understand if u guys don’t have it in stock but PLEASE DO NOT OFFER YOUR HELP AND THEN DONT HELP AND IGNORE THE CUSTOMER.

  omg, stacey (i hope i spelled her name right!) was phenomenal. she worked her MAGIC on me!!! she first approached me and asked if i needed any help, and i said well actually yes! with concealer. she showed me some options but on top of that she gave me a good skin tint recommendation! and then realizing that my initial base makeup was gone due to trying the concealer and skin tint, she went out of her way and helped me reapply my blush and bronzer with newer products!!! literally built a new face for me from SCRATCH LOL. she was like my fairy godmother🥹💗 thank you so much!!

  I visited Sephora and was absolutely WOWED by Talarria. While I’m not certain if she’s a Sephora employee or brand representative, she embodied Charlotte Tilbury and Sephora as both a brand and a vibe in the best possible way. I originally came in for a YSL mascara and left with a Charlotte Tilbury mascara—and a full basket of CT products. That alone says everything. Her knowledge, presence, and attitude were exceptional; she was an absolute delight from start to finish. Talarria sets the gold standard for sales, training, and brand representation. She has that rare ability to make you feel confident in every recommendation, and I would trust her to guide any purchase. Truly, I’d buy anything from her. Well done—I sincerely hope she’s recognized for the star she is. * If she is a visiting rep I would love for the Mboro resident Management team to embody a bit more of her kindness and knowledge in products and customer interaction.
