If you want a stylist that listens, will actually only cut off the dead ends, retain your length, and has decades of experience you have to book with David! I have been going to David for 4-5 years now and I’ve never had a bad cut (even when he was helping me grow out bangs)! I have followed him from his previous salon (that closed) and am willing to now drive 45 mins out of my way because he is that good. I know jc penny isn’t what you would immediately think of when looking for a high end cut, but David delivers! He is starting on Oct 4 (2026) so you may have a chance to get on his books early. Only thing I recommend is expect your cut to take a bit longer than you think it might. He doesn’t rush anything and always makes sure you leave styled, even if he is running a few minutes behind because of a late client. Thank me later!
