- TDTina Dupree4 days ago1.00/10 — Extremely Disappointing Experience My group drove four hours for a girls’ spa day, only to have the entire experience ruined by poor organization and unprofessional behavior. Despite booking for a group, the spa failed to schedule us together and informed us upon arrival that we would be split up and seen separately. The front desk team was dismissive, unhelpful, and had noticeably negative attitudes. After telling us they could not accommodate our group, they made us wait 20 minutes and then demanded a 50% charge for services we never received. When I declined to pay for services not provided, I was even threatened with legal action. This was unacceptable from start to finish. I do not recommend this spa to anyone. 4 hour drive for horrible service and threats

I’ve been using the vitality booth, and my skin has noticeably improved! My skin has way less redness and is just overall clearer! On top of that, the staff has been amazing every single visit. They’re welcoming, knowledgeable, and really make the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking to improve your skin and want a relaxing, supportive environment!
