- CPChris Pope5 days ago2.0I use to go there regularly. But last week I paid 32 dollars for haircut, beard trim and I gave a tip. The beard trim was difficult because the razor was burning me. A couple hours later my neck had a rash. I called to complain and I took pictures of my neck because I was flying out of town the next morning. And it was important to me to have a neat beard for my trip. But i could not shave my neck because of the rash. I went back a week later and the manager only gave me only 7 dollars back. So that doesn't inspire me to return. They lost a customer that visited once or twice a month for 2 years.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
