So, I checked in online and drove to Great Clips on 411, Maryville, TN. I got there in 5 minutes and a female employee told me she just went on lunch and to come back in 30 minutes. I told her about my phone call and she just walked away. In my opinion this is not the way to do business.

The hair dresser Karen, didn’t ask many questions a professional would she just seemed in a rush trying to be finished asap. She went straight in with clippers. She didn’t ask what side my mom parted her hair coming from a middle part, she didn’t seem like she worked with pixie cuts before. She didn’t even show my mom the back of her hair when finished. it was a pixie but not at all what my mom had asked for. I recommend you guys go somewhere else or really push the issue about who’s working with your hair and the style your asking for.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
