  I am so disappointed, I went there got my nails done in 2 days 5 nails chipping and it was gel don’t know how, so I go back and got the 5 that were chipping redone 2 days later 3 more chipped go back they redo those 3, 2 days again 2 chipping by now I’m totally disappointed, go talk to the owner she says she is so sorry there in the middle of remodeling now so I just ask her if she will give me a discount next time she says yes . I go back today 08/18/2026 get my nails done and they are always 50-55 dollars I go to pay it’s 65 dollars and then she takes off 15% and has the nerve to tell me that’s a 15% discount for my trouble, well first of all you raised it about 15%, I don’t think I would be asking to much for 50% off for having to come back 3 times but to have the nerve to charge me about 15% more and tell me your giving me a discount is not good business I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know how you treat people.

  I asked her to fix one nail and she got frustrated said she would have to redo them all so I said it's fine then asked her to plz get the nail polish off my skin and she didnt very disappointed this my 2nd time giving this place a chance never again bc in this business the customer tells you what they want or don't want bc we are paying and I wanna love my nails didnt happen just very disappointed

  I’ve been a customer for over 3 years, but I stopped going because James didn’t like the nail shape I wanted and he refused to do. The manager had to convince him to do it. It rubbed me the wrong way because I pay good money for wat I LIKE and WANT it’s not up to the nail tech to choose my nail shape and design. In all honesty I found it quite unprofessional and immature. I’m very understanding so I would have understood if it was too hard or too time consuming but none of that is the reason…the reason was simply “I don’t like that nail shape so I’m not going to do it”. Do better guys.
