I asked him to ask for a refund & they said they couldn’t do refunds & offered to try & fix it but I didn’t trust them fixing it. My husband was getting his hair cut here & they wouldn’t even give him a credit toward his next visit. I would have appreciated if the stylist would have verbalized she wasn’t experienced in toddler haircuts. We had to take my son to another barber shop in town to have it fixed & they were actually $20 vs $27 plus tip.
