Whoever helped me out, yes was nice and engaging, but they didn’t set me up for success. They clearly aren’t knowledgeable about skintones, and because they are a Sephora employee I thought they knew what they were doing. I look like a clown with this lip liner on because it’s brighter than my lips and I hate it, I want to return it but I can’t! She didn’t color match me the way I wanted and she took advantage of my gullibility. Now I feel embarrassed that I spent my money on this trash lip liner and I can’t even use it because it seriously doesn’t look good on me.
