  Nurse Karen was absolutely wonderful piercing my 6-month-old daughter’s ears at Rowan! She was so kind, patient, gentle, and professional throughout the entire process. She made us feel comfortable and took great care to make sure everything was clean, safe, and perfectly placed. We really appreciated how calm and reassuring she was with my baby. We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend Nurse Karen to any parent considering ear piercing for their little one!

  Morgan ,the nurse that pierced my ears was WONDERFUL. Great personality and knowledgeable She worked hard to get the spacing and measurements for my ear lobe with great care. I would never allow anyone but a nurse to do this procedure and she is a perfect example of why you use a professional. The manager MYA WAS LOVELY. so kind and engaging. It was rewarding to see 2 talented beautiful women work so well together. A lovely positive experience. The store is clean neat and well organized. The visit was a ten out of ten. Exceeded all expectations Way to go ladies. You are WINNERS.

  Alex was so nice and professional. She provided a wonderful piercing experience for my daughter. We were so happy with the way her ear piercing turned out.

  Updated on 8.25.26 from 2 to 4 stars They refunded back the jewelry change fee. I do like the selection of jewelry, and the Black woman who put the jewelry in was nice. Prior review Greedy company I paid $150 for a piece of jewelry for a piercing that was already done. Why is there a $25 jewelry change fee too? My ear hole was already empty. They didn't have to do anything but wipe my current piercing hole with alcohol and put the new jewelry in in ten seconds. Then $15 in taxes, and they still want you to tip? What a scam.

  My experience here has been wonderful from start to finish. My first piercings were completely painless, healed beautifully, and the studio itself is spotless with the loveliest jewelry selection. A few weeks later, I unexpectedly needed surgery and had to remove them. Samantha was an absolute angel. She came in early the morning of my surgery to take them out, then kindly let me sneak back in post-op to put them right back so they wouldn’t close. Such a small act of kindness that meant so much during a stressful time. I felt incredibly cared for and can’t recommend them enough.
