    The storefront was exceptionally clean and tidy which I very much appreciate. Both the sales associate and the piercing artist were polite, friendly, and professional. Well worth the drive down.

    Aleix is THE BEST. I was so nervous. Like psyching myself out of getting a forward helix. Not only did she calm me down but she made the process as pain free as possible. I will never get another piercing elsewhere!

    Maya and Camilla were so amazing!! They were very interactive and helpful. They had my piercing renewed as well as helped to get my prior piercings cleaned. I appreciate the person-ability and kindness from each of these wonderful women. I will be coming here again!!

    I chose this place for the fact that nurses doing the piercing. I had 3 original lobe piercings, that I thought had sealed up. She told me they could use a pin to check instead of just repiercing. Which 2 out of 3 were good. So only had to redo 1. I wasnt just a pierce and go. She talked through telling me I had choices, not just had to be this way. Will definitely be bringing my daughter for her birthday here.

    I came in last night to get a helix piercing and was literally shaking with nerves, but Morgan and Maya made it the best possible experience! They were soooo incredibly patient and gentle! They never rushed me and took their time helping me even though it was almost closing time. I never felt rushed at all! They even helped me pick out a new stack for my current piercings! 10/10 recommend Rowan at Saddle Creek!!!
