We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. - KBK BMay 12, 20262.0I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. Customer service at this location needs improvement. When you walk in, there is no greeting or acknowledgment, and you often have to ask for help instead of being offered assistance. When you do ask questions, staff often respond with very little effort, seem uninterested, or act as if they don’t want to be bothered, which creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. This kind of service makes shopping less enjoyable and pushes customers toward shopping online instead. I hope management provides better training on basic customer service, greeting customers, and properly assisting shoppers.

They took the time to explain the products and helped me find exactly what I needed. The products are amazing and you can really tell they’re high quality. I love this store and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this store!
