Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Brandon who was working today and was super friendly and helpful!

These are great gifts to give. Don’t forget to buy lip scrub! Kehleah and Deanna answered all my questions and were kind and fun to talk to.

- KBK BMay 12, 20262.0I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. Customer service at this location needs improvement. When you walk in, there is no greeting or acknowledgment, and you often have to ask for help instead of being offered assistance. When you do ask questions, staff often respond with very little effort, seem uninterested, or act as if they don’t want to be bothered, which creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. This kind of service makes shopping less enjoyable and pushes customers toward shopping online instead. I hope management provides better training on basic customer service, greeting customers, and properly assisting shoppers.
