We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. One associate in particular, Brandon, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. I came in looking for a signature scent, and Brandon took the time to explain each fragrance and all the products available in each collection. He answered every question I had so thoroughly that I even asked if he was the manager! He laughed and said no. Lush, you should seriously consider promoting Brandon to manager. His customer service was exceptional, and I've honestly never had a store experience quite like this. Because of him, I'll definitely be back. "Let the Good Times Roll" is my favorite! Thank you, Brandon, for making my visit such an amazing experience. Keep up the outstanding work!
