  What a gem in the heart of Franklin, TN. The staff was super friendly, the facilities are amazing and well kept. If you’re looking for a place to relax, refresh and as some say “glow up.” This is a one stop shop for your spa, massage, and salon needs! I highly recommend.

  Came in for a facial and dermaplane, the girl was nice but the facial was rushed and I had to ask more than once to not be so rough. The dermaplane was lack luster as I still have dry patches and hasn’t lasted more than two weeks. This isn’t the first semi lack luster visit and decided to give it another try but I won’t be back.

  Very unsatisfied with my massage. The therapist complained about the front desk not telling her I was early. She had some adaptations for my prenatal massage but when I said those modifications weren’t comfortable, there was no other options provided. I was told the massage had to be at most “firm pressure” but the whole time felt like lotion being rubbed into my body. She was coughing the whole time which I understand cannot be helped but does not create a relaxing environment. It felt like she used time at the end to wash her hands instead of using the full hour. Nobody asked how my massage was at the end. I reached out the next day to discuss with the manager and nobody reached back out. Really disappointing experience that I would not recommend to others, especially if they are pregnant.

  I had the pleasure of experiencing a 90-minute massage at A Moment’s Peace Salon & Spa and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and truly relaxing. My massage therapist was attentive and made sure to focus on the areas where I carried the most tension. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely at peace. I highly recommend this spa if you’re looking for a top-tier relaxation experience.
