- EAElizabeth AAug 31, 20251.0I visited the store yesterday with my sister to help her pick out a birthday gift and I asked for a single sample of a hair care product. Unfortunately, the employee Kayla was not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable as if I was asking for something unreasonable. I returned today to pick up a perfume I had ordered online and asked for a couple of samples of different products. The employee who assisted me today was kind and accommodating at first. However, while she was preparing the samples, Kayla walked over and whispered something to her. When I received the samples, there was barely anything in them definitely not enough for even one full use. I noticed that several employees were standing around talking to each other, and I had to wait in line just to get someone’s attention for help. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced on both visits.

Edel helped me find foundation that was suitable for my oily skin and Dominique helped me find a perfume that matched me so well. 10/10 I would ask these two girls to help me again!
