We love going here and seeing Natalie, she’s the only one my kids will let touch their hair. She’s so good with my oldest who is autistic and I’m so grateful for that because he can sometimes be a handful but she handles him perfectly ! She’s also very nice and very sweet all the time ! I also enjoy getting my hair done by her !

Worst service ever. Walked in asked how long the waiting would be was told 15 minutes. Then walks in stylist family first her husband the her mom then her dad. Didn't charge her husband then takes her family back before she would service me and my daughter when we were checked in first. This lady should be fired.

I walked in this morning not knowing what to expect. I had my hair cut last weekend and it was an absolute disaster. It was so choppy and uneven. I got sat in Shannon’s chair and told her the situation and what I wanted and she made it happen. I absolutely love my hair. Will definitely be going back!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your salon. The service I received was extremely unprofessional and resulted in significant damage to my hair.
During my visit, I clearly instructed the stylist that I only wanted approximately 3 inches of dead ends trimmed and my hair straightened. Instead, she took it upon herself to cut off approximately 8 to 8.5 inches of my hair far beyond what was requested or authorized. This was not a minor mistake, it was a complete disregard for my instructions.
To provide context, I had recently invested around $400 into my hair at a professional salon, and I have spent years growing and maintaining it. Seeing that amount of hair cut off and left on the floor was extremely upsetting and frustrating. This has undone years of care and effort, and the damage cannot simply be reversed.
Additionally, the customer service experience was equally unacceptable. Although I understand waiting my turn, I was skipped multiple times no fewer than four while other customers were taken ahead of me. This lack of organization and consideration only added to an already frustrating situation.
Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in your establishment and will not be returning. I strongly believe that the employee involved demonstrated a lack of professionalism, care, and respect for clients. Situations like this should be taken seriously, as they directly impact both customer trust and your business reputation.
I hope this matter is addressed appropriately to prevent similar incidents from happening to others.

Everytime I go here the music is good and the workers are friendly even when I come in first thing in the morning. I’ve had Amanda cut my hair the last several times and it always comes out looking great. Others there are good too but Amanda is who I prefer because I can tell she cares about what she is doing and doesn’t talk nonstop. She also has funny stickers. If you want to depend on a good haircut this is the spot.
