  decided to treat myself for my birthday and booked a cut and color here. i was a little worried about the cost but figured why not. the stylist really listened to what i wanted and the color came out exactly how i hoped. took about two and a half hours which felt long but totally worth it when i saw the final result. been a few weeks now and it still looks fresh

  Decided to explore some spots around Brentwood this weekend and wandered into Element Salon on a whim. The whole place felt really welcoming and clean. My stylist listened to what I wanted and actually understood the look I was going for. The cut turned out just how I pictured it would. She also suggested this treatment that made my hair feel way softer than usual. Really surprised to find somewhere this solid just by walking around. The atmosphere was relaxed but still felt upscale. Everyone there seemed to know what they were doing. My hair held the style really well even after a few weeks. Adding this one to my list of local spots to hit up again.

  reasonable compared to other places in the area. Color turned out exactly how we discussed during the consultation. My hair feels healthier too after the treatment they included. Planning to go back when my roots start showing again. Great change from trying to squeeze appointments between video calls.

  Used to be a little nail place in this spot years back, and walking in Friday night felt like the area had grown up a bit. Came in with a few friends after one of them kept talking it up. The pendant lights over the chairs give the room a warm feel. We all booked color and cuts together, so we were there a while. My color landed right where I wanted, soft and not brassy. The woman doing my hair actually listened. She asked questions during the consult instead of just nodding along. Wash chairs in the back were comfortable enough that I almost dozed off. Pricing felt in line with what you would expect around here. Brentwood has needed more salons like this for a while. Most of us in the group are already talking about rebooking. A solid addition to this little stretch of shops. We left feeling like ourselves, just better.
