So i walk in and i say " I want layers, and to even out my length but dont cut length". She even CONFIRMED she understood by saying " okay so the only length im cutting is what i need to match the longer side to the shortest side." HOW IS IT POSSIBLE for me to leave with damn near 3 inches LESS of my length AND it be COMPLETELY uneven. In order for me to fix this BUTCHERY i would have to do damn near a bob. The only reason I went in to begin with was to even out my hair and I left with it even worse. There was zero reason to cut on the shortest side except for the top layer. I fully understand the left side was thinner due to dye but it wasn't that much shorter. Including 2 before pictures showing the similar length prior to this.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
