Since I came to TALK ABOUT HAIR, I was able to get her to listen to me maybe a lil more, they still cancelled my apt tho. If you dont have the perfect start hair and or voice yourself too much they get in defensive mode and will just cancel because they dont wanna deal with how much work you may be. They pick and choose who they like so be careful if you care about you hair "too much" to risk its health. They wouldnt even just tone my hair because i voiced myself and they didnt like that. Wouldnt answer a simple question so i could figure out to do even myself for my sister wedding and blamed policy when human decency is always welcome. And yes it was the manager.
