I heard good things about jcpenny’s salon so we switched from the Hairforce and i will continue to come here instead. I’m horrible with names, but I believe I got a stylist named Angela and my husband got a different one. Both our haircuts were perfectly done, and my husband is very particular about his haircuts, especially with his curly hair. They did very well with my curly hair, I just wanted it lightened up and my day after hair is just perfect. I love how they decorate and I love everyone’s attitudes there. I’m sorry I can’t remember names! The only thing is that I never got a text or email confirmation from my booking, but that’s probably just a technical glitch. They were having some issues with their computers that day.

During the blow dry I could feel my hair breaking off with the bristle brush that was being used. I left with my hair looking an absolute mess. At the time, it was so bad I genuinely didn't know what to say to the stylist. I’m not one to leave reviews like this, but I was so disappointed with how it turned out and how the situation was handled.
