Before driving up there I called and told them I placed an online order and if I could make a return to this location. The lady on the phone said I can make the return there I’d just need my online receipt. So I drove all the way down there and was told they couldn’t make the return at that store I’d have to go tanger outlet. I to her I called before I came up here and you told me I could make the return. This store deserves a 0/10.

Felt uncomfortable. One of the ladies seemed like she didn’t want to help. Also, not a lot of people of color work here.
