- CSChristina Stevens4 days ago1.0Called before we went to make sure the stylist can do mixed girl hair. Was told yes come on in. Sent my daughter ( she’s a teen) by herself and trusted that the stylist would take care of her just for my daughter to call me 10/15 min later in tears. This is how she left my daughter’s hair. What’s sad is this lady was a black lady so she KNOWS how important hair is. I was just in disbelief. Then have the audacity to call the police on me because I’m highly upset, offered a refund but what’s a refund to something like this didn’t even want the money, maybe an apology, accountability. These are supposed to be professionals but clearly not !!! I asked the so called “stylist” for the manager number she tells me she is the manager… ok so I asked who is over her I would like their number never got it before police came in which of course they said they would have been pissed too. Like not only did they mess her hair up, tried to get me in jail. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

I checked in early but still had to wait, but that was fine because the wait wasn't as long as it was at another Great Clips. The people were very friendly and so was my stylist Michelle. She was very nice and did an excellent job! I will be going back.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
