- GGGinnyAug 6, 20261.0Last week I called 2 different days with an order that I was going to send someone to pick up for me. (I’m 1 hr away). I learned not long ago that placing an order online and sending it to the store they don’t get credit for it. So I started calling and giving them my order. Both days the manager Joey answered. When I told him what I needed he was very short with me and said I hope you don’t need but a few items. 1 of the orders he filled for me some of the items were not right. Point is it shouldn’t matter how many items I need. This is part of the job. What did it matter if I needed 59 items or 2 items. I have been a hairstylist for 23 years and if it wasn’t he wouldn’t have this job.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
