Then when I said and had my state board license out, I said I do have one I'm just looking then was told well I have to look it up and you have to have a account to just look". I then showed her my salon centric card my license and ID. She smiled and said oh I found you. And for some reason every aisle I went on she was there. I will never shop here again.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
