Their company is terrible . I have my instructor license, salon license, cosmetology license and I'm a cosmetology teacher. I will be contacting , their 1800 number. Almost made me late to work.

Even the bathroom is clean and orderly. All of them are willing to help. Most always have what I’m looking for!! My go too store!!

I love the staff at this location super helpful and nice. I feel super super bad for the employees there because EVERY salon centric I go to has massive computer problems. That is not an exaggeration! The computer system salon centric uses is slow….and stressful for all employees! I hope they get paid extra for having to hand write the catalog number for every item!!! Hopefully one day it will be fixed. Apple computers maybe?

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
