  Great haircut Nattharika Jones JCPenney Myrtle Beach SC My friends and I went to have a 4th of July adventure out in Myrtle Beach and need to get a touch up with our hair. We found that JCPenney had a beauty shop and were able to get our hair done. Our stylist, Natalie, did a phenomenal job. I did not expect much for a quick walk-in and it was one of the best I have had. Natalie was great, and we were looking great to celebrate the 4th.

  My grandma had a wonderful experience at the JCPenney Salon. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and made her feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was very happy with how her hair turned out and said the stylist took their time and paid attention to detail. The salon itself was clean, relaxing, and had a very professional atmosphere. Overall she really enjoyed her visit and left feeling happy and confident. She would definitely return to this salon again in the future.

  Absolute worst experience ever. Received a spiral hair perm that completely fell out in less than 2 weeks. Come to find out the stylist had not done a hair perm since she was in beauty school - 17 years ago - nope not one, mine was the first. Honestly, I could get over that if they would have fixed it, but not even close. The Salon Manager Wendy was absolutely rude would not do anything, then spoke to the GM (in person) who would not hear anything I had to say just that the Salon Manager already told me they were not going to do anything. Today I was going to file a complaint with the State Board of Cosmetology but needed the last name of the sylist and manager. I called the Salon and spoke with Salon Manager Wendy who hung up on me when I asked for the Stylist last name! Wow - that is some customer service! Know if you go here and have a problem - that is the service you will get! Per the reply below-I had called this number first and was told they can only help with online experiences.

  My mother made herself an appointment for a wash/set. The hairdresser was very pleasant to my mother and my mother was pleased with the way her hair looked (that day) however the set didn't stay in overnight and she ended going somewhere else within a couple of days. It is too expensive for no longer than it lasted.
