  I recently had a baby and was looking for a little mommy makeover to help boost a little confidence. I went in and Aurelia immediately helped us. She was so kind, compassionate and honestly just pumped me up! 😂❤️ it was such a great experience. She helped me through all the products I had been looking at without being a “pushy sales attendant” and guided me through picking the best match. It felt so much like just talking with my best friend at a makeup store. Would definitely recommend everyone check her out if they’re in the market for some new products!

  Needed help with a hair product and the worker, Cat, was genuinely such an amazing soul. She was extremely down to earth, helpful, and knowledgeable. Left that building smiling because she was so kind

  Wonderful customer service! I came in needing to find my scent for my wedding day and was so lost as to which perfume to pick. I walked in and was greeted with a smile by Trina. Trina listened to what I was looking for, offered suggestions, and pointed me in the right direction to where I needed to go. In the perfume section, Kyleigh took great care of me. We went over a fragrance quiz to see which notes may be of interest. Kyleigh would ask a few questions then use her expertise to guide me to the right scent. I ended up falling in love with several Jo Malone scents and funny enough, the new Yuzu scent that Trina suggested ended up being the scent I will go with for my big day! I love that scent has association with memories so their care in helping me find the right one meant a lot. I also expressed I needed a lipstick of some sorts that lasted and had a shine. I’m a major fan of Lady Gaga and the Haus Labs formula is one that lasts so they recommended it. I’m testing it out to see if I like it and I appreciate that they said if it’s not something I fully love, I can return it so that’s reassuring to know. The crew here is friendly, the shelves are stocked (and if not, they check in the back and inventory of other stores), and they’re happy to supply samples. I’ll definitely be back!

  Best Sephora experience I’ve had, Kayla was so helpful and sweet, as was the rest of the staff. Amazing customer service!

  I stopped by this new location today and I’m so happy to finally have a full Sephora close to home. The entire team was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve been visiting Sephora stores around the world for more than 20 years, and this one delivered exactly the experience I’ve come to expect. I was not disappointed. Thank you, Britt, Ayleen, Aurelia, Kayleigh, and Dani, for your wonderful service. I’ll be back soon!
