I went into the store last Sunday and the clerk told me that I could only use one reward a day, and I would have to Get the other ones online this is not true, We could’ve broken up my order so that I could’ve gotten all three of my I tried to call Lush to get help and they will not help. I find it very concerning that you guys care so little about people who are dedicated to you You could’ve at least extended my rewards programs considering I live two hours away. So I’m losing out on free project because you guys did not train your employees well. I guess you only care about a equality and taking care of people you’re gonna get money

They were very knowledgeable of the products, made great recommendations without being pushy, and even helped us sample products. I wish I lived closer and was able to shop there more often!
