  Sephora at Kohl’s is just couple of minutes away from my house and I love passing by regularly to check makeup and parfums and the store in general. The white American tall lady is ridiculously rude and arrogant, I get uneasy feelings when I’m checking products out and instead of having a friendly customer service she gives me the looks like if my presence annoys her or something, also my Sephora app does not register any purchases that I ever make at this location and she has been the one checking me out, maybe she puts my number to get points maybe she doesn’t which is not my main concern but I would like to deal with decent customer service.

  Recently went here and there were two young girls as the only employees in the store. I understand this location is a small location, however, more coverage is needed, especially if the ones you have here are just going to be cashiers and never offer assistance. They were laughing and talking to each other rather loudly the whole time. There were several customers in the store and not once did they offer assistance to anyone. They were spraying themselves with perfume and looking at products.

  If I could give the a zero I would. I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I received a Sephora Favorites Scent Certificate as a graduation gift. When I received it, there was no expiration date indicated. A year later, I went to redeem it at the store and was told it had expired. Paula at the store advised me to call customer service because they were the only ones who could override the certificate. When I called, I was told nothing could be done. The store associate admitted she told me to call because she didn’t want to deal with the issue. I was then passed around to three different numbers—Kohl’s said to call Sephora, and Sephora said to call Kohl’s—only to be told that the $75 value is simply lost. My daughter paid $75 for this gift, and now I’m being told there is no resolution. This is unacceptable. I am extremely upset and will not be spending any more money with Sephora in the future.

  I have always enjoyed shopping @ Sephora until today. I am over middle aged consumer and recovering from facial reconstruction. I don’t look like a young model but take pride in my appearance. I was searching for new foundation with spf & ask salesperson abt suggestions. The salesperson provide me with this response, “we don’t have anything in this store to help you,” laughed, then she continued her cell call. I am skin cancer survivor and left store almost in tears. Hopefully that you can provide trading in compassion & respect
