  We had one our most amazing experiences at this spa! My husband and I had an appointment for a couples massage and we both left feeling so relaxed and happy. This was my husbands first time getting a massage and he was so surprised how good he felt after it. Angela is so warm, friendly and a fun person to talk to. I highly recommend getting their hot stone and Swedish massage combo. We will definitely be back when we are visiting HH again. Thank you Angela for a wonderful experience 😊

  By far my favorite place to get a massage ever - and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve traveled the world for work, enjoyed multi-star hotels, and I still say A’s Spa is the best place to have a massage that I’ve ever experienced. I don’t go in and tell Angela what I need, she tells me what I need! At the beginning of each massage she does a sweep of my whole body and zeroes in on what’s hurting / tight / in need of work. I’m an active person who likes a firm hand (or elbow) to work out my hard earned knots and this spa delivers results every time. I walk out of there feeling like a new woman! 10/10 recommend

  My wife and I discovered three things on our drive to Hilton Head. First, we love vacation time. Second, Waffle House is a mandatory stop whenever we travel through the South. And third... We are getting old. We drove straight through the night, logging about 13½ hours on the road. Twenty years ago we would have bounced out of the car ready to conquer the world. This time it felt like we had spent a month sleeping on a pile of landscaping gravel. Every muscle ached. Every joint protested. And I'm pretty sure parts of my body hurt that I wasn't aware existed. So we decided that with the money we saved by not getting a hotel room, we were going to treat ourselves. We booked a couples massage at A's Spa, located at 19 Shelter Cove Lane #100 in Hilton Head. The spa was a little tricky to find, but once we stepped through the door we were greeted by a warm, relaxing atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. My wife chose the full-body relaxation massage. My body strongly suggested I go with the full-body deep tissue massage. And for once, I listened. Let me just say that both massages were absolutely amazing. The therapist worked through knots in my back that may have been there since the Clinton administration. Muscles I had forgotten about suddenly remembered how to relax. One of the highlights for both of us was the hot stone treatment. The stones were perfectly heated—warm enough to melt away tension without ever being uncomfortable. The combination of the massage and heat therapy was incredibly relaxing and left us both wishing the session would last just a little longer. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience and the perfect way to kick off our vacation week. As we walked back outside, feeling about twenty years younger, I turned to my wife and said: "We should probably book another one before we leave." Because if there's one thing we've learned, it's that vacations are great. But vacations where you can still move your neck afterward? Those are even better.

  For our first time getting couples massage they were amazing! Also our first out here getting them was a plus! The staff were super pleasant, friendly and helpful. We got the couples massage combo with the hot rocks and swedish i believe, which was phenomenal! Very relaxing and highly recommend 😊

  Amazing couples spa experience for couples deep tissue massage. The best on the island, really. If you're looking for a place to relax or get a real deep tissue massage, this is it! The owner was friendly and provided the most relaxing deep tissue massage with hot stone treatment. I was sore on my upper back and shoulders and the massage really helped me feel better. The couples room is very scenic and has a great water view. The overall environment is fantastic. It was so nice that we went back the next day. Totally recommend!
