  The entire staff was all wonderful! The nurse Jes that pierced me was so professional and great, didn't hurt at all. The other nurses that I spoke with while waiting were very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. The manager introduced herself and was very down to earth and made me feel at ease. Even the sales associate at checkout was super kind and helpful! I will definitely be back!!

  I came in the other day and paid 128 for a flat piercing, I really loved it and the lady that pierced my ear told me she was specifically putting in a longer bar for swelling. Next day I woke up with my ear feeling so tight and swollen. I had to go to a trusted piercer who told me the piercing should have been a longer bar. They replaced with a longer bar that’s comfortable now. I do understand that swelling can be different for everyone but I was just kinda disappointed especially for the price. I just kinda expected proper jewelry sizing.

  Stopped in just to browse and check the place out, and I was really impressed with the experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable without making me feel pressured to get anything done. The shop was clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere. Even though I didn’t get a piercing today, I definitely felt comfortable and would consider coming back in the future. Highly recommend checking this place out!

  This place did a great piercing on 9/5/2026 but the nurse piercing me asked me 'Are you drunk?' right before piercing my nose. I was completely sober, calm, and matching the protocol. Her question was a hostile accusation rooted in bias, entirely unprofessional, and ruined what was supposed to be a safe clinical experience.

  I would give 6 stars if it was possible! Everyone was absolutely fantastic. From helping us select piercing jewelry through the entire process of getting my baby girl's ears pierced, I could not have been more impressed. Super clean facility, extremely professional environment, and caring staff. Nurse Callie is fantastic and made me feel beyond comfortable with the process. I highly, highly recommend going to Rowan for your piercings at any age!
