  Absolutely loved Lindsay! She was beyond helpful, answered all of my questions, and was so knowledgeable! My kiddos loved their bath bombs and will be in again to surprise them with more❤️

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced at this location, particularly from the store manager, Lindsey. The behavior I encountered felt like racial profiling, which was both obvious and deeply offensive. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, fairness, and dignity. Unfortunately, within less than a minute of entering the store, my daughter and I felt singled out and followed throughout our entire visit. Instead of assisting customers or focusing on sales, Lindsey and another employee chose to stand behind us during nearly the entire time we were in the store. We were in the store for less than five minutes, yet we were made to feel unwelcome and suspicious. What made this experience even more upsetting was having to apologize to my daughter afterward and explain to her what racial profiling is and how ignorance can affect the way people treat others. No parent should have to have that conversation because of how employees behave inside a retail store. I noticed that there were several other customers in the store, yet my daughter and I seemed to receive a level of attention that felt targeted and unnecessary. This experience has turned what could have been a long-term customer into someone who no longer wishes to shop at any Lush locations. This team would benefit from additional training in customer service, professionalism, unconscious bias, and serving a diverse community. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to create a more welcoming environment for everyone. If anyone else has experienced being followed shortly after entering this store, please share your experience as well. I have a hard time believing that my daughter and I are the only people who have been treated this way.

  Employees were super nice and let me even try out the products. I didn’t feel rushed at all and the workers took their time helping me choose a fragrance

  I always have the most amazing experience at this LUSH location. The employees are so awesome and knowledgeable and will help you if you want help but leave you alone if you just want to browse on your own. Eilidh is so kind and helpful, give them a raise!! They helped me find products and helped us figure out our lush club rewards and were so so patient and friendly with us. Thanks Eilidh 💚💚
