I was just here, and the two girls behind the register were more interested in gossiping and fixing their makeup than they were in helping a guest (me) find the skincare and foundation I was looking for let alone make any recommendations. It is no wonder the shelves are empty because people are probably pocketing the merchandise, to include the testers, because it is an easy target. Shame on Sephora for allowing a store to be run in this fashion. I will order my things online rather than visit this store again.

I stood at the cash register for about 5 minutes and then went looking for help. I found her and didn’t see a name tag or anything, so I asked if she worked there. She rolled her eyes and sarcastically said yeah, so I asked for some help at the register. She follows behind me and as I’m walking in front of her, my dad, who is standing at the register waiting, saw her look at me very nasty as we made our way back to the register. She was very blunt as she was checking me out also.
